The Opportunity

Our client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a team of 7 at their head office in the CBD. They are a clear market leader that falls under the ownership of a listed global parent with revenues exceeding $10bn. They have continually been at the forefront of their industry due to their ability to build and maintain strong relationships with their loyal customer base. Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join their close-knit team. 

The Challenge

Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be be an important member of the team and will be responsible for a key state ledger. Your typical responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that the debtors ledger is maintained in a timely and accurate manner
  • Efficiently collecting overdue amounts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Assessing and approving Credit applications within respective DLA
  • Performing reconciliations, processing journals and general team support
  • Handling queries and providing outstanding customer service and support
