The Opportunity
  
Our client is a well-established, large-scale FMCG business with a strong national presence and a reputation for product quality and innovation. Due to a recent restructure, a newly created Pricing & Rebates Specialist role has opened up within their Finance team.

Reporting to the Pricing Operations Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end management of customer pricing and rebate arrangements This role sits at the heart of pricing governance and data integrity, partnering closely with Master Data, Sales, Logistics, Finance, Revenue Management and IT.

The Challenge
   
Reporting to the Pricing Operations Team Lead, some of your key responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end processing and administration of pricing and rebate data
• Investigating and resolving pricing & rebate discrepancies with stakeholders
• Supporting month-end and year-end claims and accruals processes
• Upholding data integrity in line with business rules, compliance and audit requirements
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce risk
• Supporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives across pricing systems

   
The Expertise
   
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:

• Strong data analysis and reporting experience
• Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP
• Background in FMCG or another high-volume, fast-paced industry
• Strong attention to detail, with a solid grounding in master data
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience highly regarded
