The Opportunity

Our client is a growing and successful professional services firm. They are  currently expanding their team of 30 within their Melbourne office. On offer is a fantastic opportunity for a suitably experienced Finance Manager to join them in a full time role with an operational focus. 

The Challenge

Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for all accounting, marketing, I.T and HR functions. Examples of your responsibilities include: 

  • Taking ownership of the accounting function
  • Managing the Marketing, HR, Office, Technology, Risk functions
  • Board reporting, programming meetings and executing board decisions;
  • Working with the senior leadership team to drive business growth and strategy;
  • Developing KPI’s and budgets, monitoring performance against budget;
  • Managing a team of 5
  • Ad hoc tasks and project management to assist with the growth and development of the firm.

The Expertise
