The Opportunity

Our client is a recognised Melbourne organisation that is led by some of the brightest and sharpest business leaders in Australia. The Challenge

Reporting to the Group CFO, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a high performing team of four qualified accountants
• Review the month-end reporting process for management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare accounting for divisions
• Business partnering to internal stakeholders
• Evaluating and implementing finance policies across the group
• Managing and driving improvements across the finance function
• Managing external audit process as well as the consolidation of group financials
• Assist the team in timely preparation, review and completion of FBT return, BAS returns and payroll tax

The Expertise 

Please consider applying for this position if you possess the following:

• 6-10 years’ experience, possibly, you are a CA in a big 4 firm making your first move or you began your career in big 4 or mid-tier firm and have since gained industry experience 
• Possibly, you are a CA/CPA with 7+ years’ comparable experience in a group level role, ideally with funds management experience
• You are looking to embrace a culture of innovation, change and growth.
