The Opportunity

The Challenge

This is a highly visible leadership role with a key focus on process improvement. Reporting to the CFO the position has a broad range of responsibilities including but not limited to: 

  • Communicating and influencing key stakeholders across the executive team
  • Providing support and guidance to the CFO on all technical accounting matters and the associated implications for the Group
  • Accurate and timely preparation the annual and half-year reporting process including the statutory reporting returns and managing the global audit process 
  • Acting as a key stakeholder in the production of the monthly results for multiple global markets
  • Manage the group cash-flow and treasury function
  • Manage the corporate and indirect tax responsibilities including transfer pricing
  • Deliver superior financial insight to support strategic and operational decision making
  • Oversee all finance systems with a keen process and system improvement mindset
  • Lead key process improvement and business re-engineering projects 
  • Ongoing development, support and management of a medium sized finance team
  • Presenting to the Audit & Risk Committee 
  • Ensure appropriate controls and processes are in place to deliver governance obligations
