Group Shared Services Manager

• Salary circa $130,000 to $140,000 package
• Leading ASX listed organisation | Western suburbs location

The Opportunity

Our client is one of Australia’s most well known ASX businesses with a growing global presence. With a market capitalisation well over $1bn, they are seeking to appoint a Group Shared Services Manager. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven leader to manage the shared services function of a growing ASX listed multinational business. This is a highly visible leadership role with a key focus on process improvement and change management. 

The Challenge

 Leading a team across all facets of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and MasterData you will drive change, deliver key projects and lead process improvements whilst ensuring efficient and timely running of the finance operations for the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop and enhance the capability of the central shared services team
• Lead the execution of key transformational projects
• Continue to led the successful centralisation of shared services from business unit finance functions
• Building sound relationships with the business unit finance leaders
• Identifying and driving process improvements and business re-engineering opportunities
• Monitor quality and authorisation compliance of policy and processes
• Lead, support and develop the shared service team members
• Manage and deliver future finance stream M&A integrations
• Manage relationships with third party technology partners
• Develop a continuous improvement team culture

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• Suitably qualified with superior experience leading Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and MasterData functions 
• Strong communication skills and proven experience supporting and leading high performing teams
• Demonstrated change and project management experience where you have led significant process improvements and key transformation projects 
• Ideally, you have experience leading transactional finance teams within high growth organisations
• You understand what best practice shared services environments looks like and have success in driving change in companies undergoing significant group transformation
• Experience in implementing internal control frameworks
