They have an unmatched presence in every state with a reputation for excellence nationally. They require a high calibre payroll professional capable of managing a large team and delivering a high level of payroll service to all staff.

The Challenge

The Payroll Manager has accountability for managing the end to end payroll function for the business.

• Managing a large and complex payroll function that encompasses weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs
• Effectively leading a payroll team of 10+ staff in a fast paced, growing environment
• Establishing process improvements across core payroll functions including customer service, processing & reconciliations, risk, systems and stakeholder engagement with both internal and external customers
• Being the subject matter expert for all payroll related matters including tax, workers compensation, superannuation and remuneration obligations

The Expertise
