The Opportunity

The Challenge
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:
- Working closely with lawyers and partners to ensure trust and CMA requirements and timeframes are met
- Recording daily trust account and CMA transactions, including receipts, payments and transfers
- Reviewing and authorising PEXA transactions
- Opening and closing CMAs and working with the bank
- Providing trust account and CMA statements to clients as required
- Completing monthly trust reconciliation reporting in a timely manner
- Identifying potential irregularities, including Intermixing money, and working with the Financial Controller to investigate and report any irregularities.
- Collaborating with the Financial Controller to improve processes and reduce risk
- Coordinating with the Financial Controller and external examiner to complete annual examination requirements accurately and on time
- Other ad hoc tasks and projects as requested by the CFO or Financial Controller.
The Expertise
