The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for an Accounts All-Rounder to join a leading Australian real estate investment group in a Senior Accounts Officer position. This position sits within a growing and high performing finance function and will take ownership of AP, AR and Leasing Administration.

The position offers a highly varied and fast paced environment, and the chance to oversee the transactional accounting function within a collaborative organisation.

This role will be suited to an Accounts/Finance Officer with 5+ years in AR and AP with fantastic interpersonal skills. Training on leasing administration will be provided.
  
The Challenge
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Bank account reconciliations
• Full-function Accounts Receivable
• Full-function Accounts Payable 
• Bank transfers
• Investigation of any variances identified
• Review daily bank statements for incoming funds
• Generating weekly and ad-hoc reports for management
• Liaising with Internal & External stakeholders

The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• 5-8+ years experience in AR and AP 
• Prior experience in leasing administration is favourable 
• Experience in a small finance function or a standalone position will be ideal
• Relevant industry experience in real estate, property management or a professional services firm 
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
