The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing healthcare group in Sydney’s Inner West. This role is ideal for an Accounts Payable Manager with experience managing teams of 5 or more, ideally experience using D365 and excellent communication skills. 

The Challenge
Reporting into the Shared Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the Accounts Payable team, supporting team members. 
• Oversee accurate and timely preparation of invoices and payments.
• Implement and monitor internal controls. 
• Co-ordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist with audits and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement change.

The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable
• Proven experience leading teams in a finance or shared service environment, preferably larger than 5 
• Proficiency in ERP systems (D365 preferred)
• A background in healthcare or multi-site companies will be highly regarded
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
