The Opportunity
A great opportunity has become available for an experienced accounts payable professional to join a healthcare company with strong growth nationally. 

This role best suits an accounts payable professional with 5+ years experience and high volume invoice experience. This hands-on role suits someone proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player. 

The Challenge 
Reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Process and pay invoices accurately and on time
• Provide management with recommendations and data to support supplier, payment, and cash flow decisions in line with month-end timelines
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Support vendor maintenance
• Providing assistance for all queries relating to invoice exceptions, payments and allocations
• Providing ad hoc support of the finance department where required

The Expertise
We are seeking a candidate who brings:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an end-to-end accounts payable role, ideally within a medium/large corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft D365 is preferred. 
• Intermediate Excel skills and proven ability to manage high-volume invoice processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong team-player and good attention to detail.
