The Opportunity
Are you a motivated AP Officer looking for their next challenge? We have a AP role with a high grown business based in the CBD fringe.
The Challenge
Reporting into the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage the accounts inbox
- Co-ordinate payment and Purchase Order approvals
- Enter invoices into Xero accounting system
- Support the Accounts team with bank reconciliations and preparation of payments
- Contribute to finance team projects and other duties as required
- Support the Finance team with management reporting tasks
- Prepare account reconciliations
- Other accounting responsibilities as required.
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- 2+ years’ end to end AP experience
- Of course you possess a strong attention to detail and the communication skills needed to work within a professional and growing organisation
