The Opportunity
Our client is a highly regarded, large, and growing company that employs over 10,000 people globally. They are widely known for their positive impact across some of Australia’s most important primary industries.
This role is ideal for an individual with demonstrated experience in a full-function accounts payable role looking to develop their career in an industry leading business. This is a full-time, initial contract, best suited to someone with the ability to start immediately.
The Challenge
Some of your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately processing and approving all supplier invoices within payment terms, including deduction items.
- Matching supplier payments against accruals and following up on variances promptly.
- Completing monthly reconciliation of supplier statements and resolving payment queries.
- Reviewing the AP trial balance regularly to identify accounts requiring investigation.
- Preparing and reviewing Proposed Payments Lists prior to submission for approval.
- Assisting with customer receipt allocation and queries.
- Undertaking other finance duties as required.
The Expertise

- Demonstrated experience in an accounts payable role, with the ability to commence immediately
- SAP experience is highly regarded.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient invoice processing.
