The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing healthcare group in Sydney’s Parramatta. This role is ideal for an Accounts Receivable Manager with experience managing teams of 4 or more, a healthcare related background and excellent communication skills. 

The Challenge
In the Group Finance team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the Accounts Receivable team to deliver efficient, accurate and compliant services across aged care and NDIS service streams
• Oversee accurate and timely preparation of invoices and billing
• Maximise cash flow by enforcing effective receivables collection procedures
• Produce clear, regular reports on service delivery metrics and outcomes
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide responsive, professional customer service

The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you have:

• A background in health care, aged care or disability care will be highly regarded 
• Proven experience leading teams in a finance or shared service environment
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills
• The ability to work in a complex high-volume environment 
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
