The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company with strong business growth. This role will gain rotational exposure to all aspects of Accounts Receivable. 

This role best suits an accounts receivable professional with at least 1-3 years experience in accounts receivable/credit/billings/accounts looking to make the next step into an established and growing organisation.

The Challenge
In a team of 3, your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Developing and fostering great customer relationships
• Investigating queries and disputes
• Managing reconciliations, allocations, and collections 
• Preparing and process credit notes
• Conducting both inbound and outbound calls 
• Reconciling all accounts to maintain up to date ledgers and figures
• Supporting with end of month processes 

The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• Ideally you have 1-3+ years’ experience in accounts receivable 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
• Are a team player with an eagerness to advance and develop your skills 
• Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
