The Opportunity

This role best suits an accounts receivable professional with at least 1-3 years experience in accounts receivable/credit/billings/accounts looking to make the next step into an established and growing organisation.
The Challenge
In a team of 3 AR Officers, your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Developing and fostering great customer relationships
- Monitoring accounts including credit limits, payments and claims
- Maintaining a clean ledger, following up claims and overdue accounts
- Working on cashflow forecasts for decision making
- Managing all enquires and inboxes
- Reconciling all accounts to maintain up to date ledgers and figures
- Creating new debtors
- Supporting with end of month processes
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- Ideally you have 1-3+ years’ experience in accounts receivable
- Experience working with XERO and/or MYOB is preferred, although not essential
- Are a team player with an eagerness to advance and develop your skills
- Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
