The Opportunity

Our client is a long-established Australian business providing essential services to commercial and government clients nationwide. With a strong reputation for quality, safety, and innovation, the company has experienced consistent growth through diversification and strategic acquisitions. Headquartered in Melbourne’s southeast, it offers a collaborative, down-to-earth culture and values-driven leadership.

They are keen to hire someone with previous AR/Credit experience, ideally coming from a large, complex business. 
  
The Challenge
Reporting to the Head of Accounts Receivable, your responsibilities will include: 

• Manage end-to-end debt collection processes
• Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients to ensure timely payments
• Investigate and resolve invoice and account discrepancies
• Accurately reconcile customer accounts and apply payments
• Monitor the aged receivables ledger and escalate overdue accounts where appropriate
• Contribute to monthly reporting and continuous process improvement

The Expertise
