The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing aged care company in North Sydney. This role is ideal for an AP and/or AR Supervisor looking to step up into an AP & AR Manger role reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller.
Aged care experience is a strong preference, alternatively, experience within healthcare, retirement living or disability services will be considered.
The Challenge
In the Group Finance team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the Accounts Receivable team and Accounts Payable Team to deliver efficient, accurate and compliant services
- Maximise cash flow by enforcing effective receivables collection procedures
- Improve cash flow, debtor days and billing accuracy through process optimisation
- Oversee accurate and timely preparation of invoices and billing
- Act as the key point of contact for shared services matters across AR and AP
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide responsive, professional customer service
- Partner closely with Finance, Operations and ELT
The Expertise

- Proven experience leading teams in a finance or shared service environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills
- The ability to work in a complex high-volume environment
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
