The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a Commercial Analyst to join a well-capitalised, founder backed investment group, supporting one of its most exciting ventures in consumer healthcare space. This role is dedicated to a high growth start up preparing for market launch, offering a rare chance to embed yourself early, influence key decisions, and help shape the commercial strategy from day one. Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will sit at the centre of the business, partnering across product, sales and marketing to drive performance and decision-making.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Director of Finance, your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Analyse product, category and SKU performance across pharmacy, retail and grocery channels
• Build financial models to support pricing, promotions, product launches and ranging decisions
• Deliver clear, data-driven insights to influence commercial and strategic outcomes
• Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling across a fast-growing business
• Partner cross-functionally with product, sales and marketing to drive performance
• Develop reporting, dashboards and analytical tools to support decision-making
• Contribute to system implementations, process improvements and business expansion initiatives

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• 3–5 years’ experience in a commercial, financial or data analyst role, OR experience in Business/Transaction Services looking to move into a commercial role
• Strong financial modelling capability with advanced Excel skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple performance metrics
• Exposure to FMCG, retail, pharmacy or consumer healthcare environments (advantageous)
• Proactive, curious and comfortable operating in a fast paced, high growth environment
