The Opportunity

As Company Accountant, you will take full ownership of the local finance function, playing a key role in managing end-to-end accounting responsibilities while supporting both local operations and global reporting requirements. This is an ideal position for an experienced accountant seeking a broad, hands-on role with real autonomy.
  
The Challenge
  
As Company Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of the full finance function, covering day-to-day accounting operations.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting to both local management and the global parent company.
• Manage payroll, AP/AR, compliance, statutory accounts, and external audit requirements.
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
• Drive process improvements to support efficiency and business growth.

The Expertise
  
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Degree in Accounting, plus CA/CPA qualified (or working towards).
• Strong experience across financial and management accounting, including reporting, payroll, AP/AR, and audit processes.
• Proficiency with MYOB; experience with Oracle or other ERP systems advantageous.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors will be highly regarded.
• A hands-on, detail-focused approach with the ability to balance daily tasks and global reporting requirements.
