The Opportunity
Our client is a reputable and growing Australian icon in the FMCG sector who recently went through a very exciting merger that will take this business to the next level. While being a leader within the industry, our client is heavily focused on sustainability and reducing their carbon footprint.
This role will be a part of a large credit team and broader shared service function. This is a perfect role for credit or collections professional to join a high volume and fast paced environment.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Collections Team Leader your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Management of end to end collections, managing your own portfolio
- Payment allocations & Receipting
- Reconciliations of customer accounts
- Assist the Team Leader on monthly ledgers
- Negotiate through payment plans
- Management of internal and external queries
- Assisting the broader finance team with ad-hoc duties where necessary
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- 3+ years Collections or Credit experience in a high volume and fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and stake management skills
- Experience with SAP or large ERP’s will be highly regarded.
