The Opportunity
Step into a newly created Finance Business Partner role within a fast-growing, purpose-driven organisation that’s reshaping how financial insight supports true business outcomes. Reporting to an inspiring Head of Finance known for building high-performing teams, you will be joining at a pivotal moment of transformation. The business is consolidating operating divisions and during the early stages of the organisation’s transformation, there will be a balance of reporting and commercial work. As the structure settles, the role naturally shifts into a purely strategic focus, partnering closely with senior leaders to guide performance and future growth. The Challenge
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with leaders to interpret results and identify margin, efficiency, and revenue opportunities
- Provide commercial insights to support planning, pricing, and decision-making
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities with operational teams
- Establish and maintain accurate KPI reporting across your business units
- Build strong working relationships across the organisation and with external advisors to enable collaborative problem-solving
- Own and support an accurate, timely month-end close and contribute to management reporting for key stakeholders
- Ensure complete, accurate, and timely delivery of all financial and compliance reporting
- Maintain financial systems, streamline processes, and strengthen internal controls
The Expertise

- CA / CPA qualified
- Post qualification ideally across both professional services and corporate environments.”
- Demonstrated ability to evolve into a business partnering capacity, translating financial information into actionable business insights
