The Opportunity

Our client has been in operation for over 50 years and have become known as expert in their field. They have a proud reputation and are offering an experienced Finance Manager the opportunity to be the key stakeholder for everything finance related for the business. The right candidate will be looking for a long-term position where they can be an important part of a smaller family owned business. 

The Challenge

Reporting to Managing Director your role will include the following key responsibilities:

• Prepare and present monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Analyze variances.
• Prepare monthly Customer Income Analysis on Monthly Basis
• Prepare weekly income analysis across all departments
• Develop budgets and forecasts
• Monitor financial performance against targets
• Liaise with external accountant and regulatory bodies
• Review and reconcile related party loans, ensuring proper documentation and proactive tax management.
• Monthly invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Payroll processing and statutory compliance

The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• Over 4 years of relevant experience within a small business company accountant or Finance Manager position.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Strong team player with a hands-on approach and willingness to contribute across all aspects of the role.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• An ability to demonstrate strong tenure across their career.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
