The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join a high performing finance team in an Australian owned, fast growing FMCG business. As a Supply Chain Finance Manager, you’ll have a hand in influencing outcomes and driving process improvements.  

The role will focus on improving efficiency within the Supply Chain division of the business, specifically looking at sales, stock & inventory, and warehouse & distribution.

The Challenge

Reporting to the GM Supply Chain the position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

• Developing business cases, complete with NPV calculations, to assess project feasibility and value
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses for cost, productivity, and pricing, across all fulfilment operations such as customer freight charges 
• Creating and enhancing both month-end and weekly reporting, and offering valuable insights
• Preparing board reports
• Supporting forecasting and budgeting activities, playing a pivotal role in shaping the business’s fulfilment strategy 
• Analysing freight and carrier invoices, identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Leading the development of comprehensive Supply Chain reporting 

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest if you have the following:

• CA or CPA qualification
• You are immediately available and have experience in a comparable role within the retail sector
• Proven ability to engage in successful business partnering across supply chain, commercial teams, and finance departments 
• A proactive approach to enhancing processes, coupled with the ability to identify and implement improvements
