The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and leading PE backed healthcare company. This role will partner closely with Finance, IT and a range of business stakeholders and external vendors to maintain and evolve systems and tools to drive business performance, efficiency and compliance.
  
This is a great move for a dynamic professional with 3-5+ years of experience in finance systems analysis, systems account or ERP support preferably in a large, complex, corporate environment.

The Challenge
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, examples of key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the day-to-day performance and reliability of finance systems
• Supporting the Finance team with systems migration, change and automation initiatives
• Leading and supporting testing efforts for new functionalities, integrations, and patches
• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for operational analysis and compliance reporting
• Collaborating with Finance, IT, and other business units to understand system needs and deliver enhancements
• Serving as product owner for the ERP and other key finance applications

The Expertise

• Degree qualified in accounting, finance or information systems
• 3 -5+ years experience in finance systems analysis, systems account or ERP support
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI  
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Experience in a large, dynamic business environment. Multi-entity group experience preferred.
• Solutions-focused with a collaborative and approachable style
