The Opportunity
Exciting opportunity to join a leading professional services firm for a specific project, assisting a client with IPO readiness. The role is ideal for a candidate with a background in professional services (ideally within a top 10 firm) and experience in Deals, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance. You’ll be working on a three-way model to support a prospectus, so the skill set to build a model from scratch is required. You’ll work as part of a close-knit, high-performing team and with a genuinely interesting client.
The role will commence as an initial 3-month term, with the likelihood of extension.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Partner, some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Building a three-way financial model to support the client’s IPO prospectus
• Working closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality financial analysis and modelling outputs
• Collaborating with the client’s finance and advisory teams to ensure the model aligns with IPO requirements and regulatory standards
• Contributing to a fast-paced, project-based environment within a leading professional services firm
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess most of the following:
• CA / CPA / CFA qualified (or equivalent), likely Big 4 or mid-tier trained with relevant experience
• This role is open to first movers from chartered firms – Senior Consultant to Senior Manager level
• Experience in TS, Deals, or Corporate Finance would be ideal, with strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
• Clear and confident communication style, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Available to commence within the next two weeks
• We can absolutely accommodate a 1–2 week break over the Christmas shutdown
