The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join a genuinely exciting, technology driven SaaS business operating in the global online gaming space. Backed by serious growth ambition and a culture that lives and breathes data, the business has been operating in the sector for several years and is currently experiencing a period of significant growth.

Utilising Ai this newly created FP&A Manager role gives you the chance to shape reporting, forecasting and analysis practices from the ground up, and become a genuinely influential voice across the business.

The Challenge
Reporting to the Head of Financial Performance and joining a very high calibre team, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly financial performance reporting, dashboards and analysis for leadership
• Owning the budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting cycle end-to-end
• Investigating variances against budget and forecast, and translating findings into clear commercial commentary
• Building and maintaining financial models for forecasting, scenario planning and decision-making
• Supporting high-volume customer incentive and rewards analysis
• Partnering with Accounting and Data & Analytics to strengthen data integrity and reporting quality
• Leveraging AI tools to query data, model pricing scenarios and accelerate reporting and analysis
• Identifying and driving automation opportunities across recurring reporting processes

The Expertise
This opportunity will suit a finance professional with:

• 8+ years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, investment banking, private equity or management accounting
• Strong technical grounding in financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills, with genuine enthusiasm for embedding AI into financial analysis and reporting
• A commercial mindset and curiosity
• The communication skills to translate complex analysis into clear insights for finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
