The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and leading PE-backed company. This role will work closely with a highly regarded CFO and will be influential in helping the business on the next phase of their growth trajectory.
  
You’ll enhance understanding of business performance and support strategic decision making with your analysis and forecasting. You’ll be the key FP&A person, reporting directly to the CFO. This is a great move for a CA/CPA with relevant hands-on FP&A experience, who would like to have full ownership over the numbers, reporting models and packs.

The Challenge
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting with the CFO.
• Act as finance partner and advisor to senior stakeholders and corporate leaders.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Business Partner for franchise operations.
• Lead financial modelling for business cases, new initiatives and M&A.
• Maintain and evolve the Group’s long-term financial forecast model.
• Identify budget risks and opportunities through effective planning processes.
• Provide data analysis and insights to guide ELT decision-making.
• Establish improved processes and develop a corporate performance reporting suite.
• Review month-end reporting, deliver analysis and commentary on performance.
• Drive improvement of finance systems and technologies for better data and insights.

The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• CA / CPA qualified with ideally healthcare industry, multi-site p&l, or franchise model FP&A experience
• Ideally you have experience in a high growth company, where you’ve reported directly to the ELT
• Ability to work at both a strategic and tactical level
• Advanced communication skills
• Curiosity, a high degree of commercial acumen, the ability to work independently
