The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly acquisitive, PE-backed company. They are growing quickly, and this is a newly created role to help them on the on the next phase of their trajectory.
  
You’ll enhance understanding of business performance and support strategic decision making with your analysis and forecasting. You’ll look to implement BI dashboards and will be the key FP&A person, reporting directly to the CFO. This is a great move for a CA/CPA with relevant hands-on FP&A experience, who would like to have ownership over the numbers and to establish reporting models and packs.

The Challenge

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining the financial forecasting process
• Annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting and monthly variance analysis and reporting
• Building budget templates for operating divisions; identifying key trends and opportunities
• Owning weekly and monthly reporting; partnering with CFO, COO and other key stakeholders to build useful dashboards and commercial reporting
• Working with systems teams to develop self-service reporting
• Supporting with ad-hoc analysis of key industry metrics to help M&A decisions

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• CA / CPA qualified with relevant FP&A experience
• Ideally you have experience in a high growth company, where you’ve built packs from scratch
• Strong understanding of KPI’s and the key drivers of revenue
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• BI visualisation /dashboards experience
• Curiosity, a high degree of commercial acumen, the ability to work independently
