The Opportunity
Our client is leading retailer that is well known globally. They are known internally for strong career progression opportunities, often promoting internal candidates into vacant positions within finance or other departments.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a bright AR Officer or someone with customer service experience to join their high performing team.
The Challenge
Reporting into the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
- Full function accounts receivable processing, as you grow into the role you will receive your own ledger of customers
- Preparing and processing monthly invoices, statements, and reconciliations
- Responding to customer and internal department queries in a friendly & timely manner
- Escalating reconciliation issues or debt collection concerns as needed
- Weekly, monthly and annual reporting across sales and AR
- Continual process improvements
The Expertise
