The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll professional to join a well-established and fast-paced FMCG organisation on a 6-month contract basis. Their market-leading product range and plans for future growth in all product segments demonstrate their dynamic approach to business.

Working alongside the payroll team, you’ll play a key role in supporting them in an end-to-end role. 

The Challenge

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Responsibility for weekly and fortnightly payroll administration of approximately 3,500 employees
• Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
• Assisting with processing of superannuation, payroll tax/PAYG
• Assisting with process improvement across both the payroll and time and attendance systems
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by the Payroll Manager

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience in payroll with multiple EBAs
• Previous experience working with Kronos and/or Micropay is advantageous
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
