This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer looking to join a reputable company and take on a challenging role.
The Challenge
Reporting into the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
- Processing payroll, superannuation, employee entitlements and other payroll compliance tasks
- Handling commissions and bonus calculations for sales agents
- Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconciling bank statements and financial accounts
- Preparing and lodging BAS, GST, and payroll tax (if applicable)
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest if you possess the following:
- 3+ years of experience in a comparable Payroll Officer within residential real estate
- It is preferable that you have experience using Xero, though not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to confidently liaise with key stakeholders
