The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation going through a strong period of growth on an 18-month fixed-term contract basis.
Our client is seeking an experienced Chris21 Payroll Specialist to support the project team in the upgrade of their Time and Attendance system and implementation of Workday.
The Challenge
Reporting into the Payroll Systems Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with upgrade projects and the implementation of HRIS systems
- Providing payroll systems and data subject matter expertise
- Contributing to project planning, identifying risks and ensuring timely project completion
- Ensuring accurate EA interpretations within the payroll system
- Providing high-quality customer service and support to key stakeholders
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- Solid Chris21 payroll software knowledge
- Prior payroll project experience – ideally for a payroll size of 5,000+ employees
- Excellent knowledge of payroll compliance, EBA’s and awards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder management experience
- Ability to work within a high-performing, stable payroll team
