The Opportunity 

Our client is a leading and growing ASX-listed business who is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join one of their core business units. This newly created role has been established to support the organisation’s strong growth over the past couple of years and will work closely with the Sales and Supply Chain teams to analyse and optimise pricing and margin performance, ensuring the business remains competitive and aligned with its broader objectives.

The Challenge 

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Analyse commercial and market data to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks impacting pricing and profitability.
• Support the development and ongoing review of pricing frameworks, models and commercial strategies across a diverse range of products and customer segments.
• Monitor margin performance and provide insights to support commercially sound pricing decisions and improve overall business performance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Supply Chain to provide analysis and recommendations on pricing proposals, customer requirements and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance pricing data, reporting tools and processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and decision-making

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Experience in pricing is desirable; however, Management Accountants with proven experience partnering with commercial and operations teams who are looking to step into a strategic pricing role are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are a motivated and driven individual with a strong eagerness to learn.
