The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established manufacturer, is seeking a Pricing & Master Data Team Leader to drive governance, accuracy and compliance across all pricing-related activities.
You’ll lead an experienced specialist team responsible for master data, rebates and pricing operations, ensuring strong pricing frameworks and integrity across ERP and commercial systems. Reporting to the Group Manager, this is a genuine opportunity to lead change, elevate standards and make a real impact – with strong potential for other internal opportunities to open up during your tenure.
The Challenge
Reporting into the Group Manager of National Pricing and Master Data, your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and develop an experienced pricing operations team (20+ years combined expertise) to drive performance and operational excellence
- Manage workloads, priorities and service levels to ensure timely, accurate delivery
- Oversee pricing governance, approvals and agreement compliance
- Drive the timely rollout of RPA projects, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with business objectives
- Drive data accuracy, system improvements and continuous process optimisation
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, IT and the Master Data team to influence best practice and enhance operational performance
The Expertise

- Background in master data, procurement, accounts payable or pricing governance
- Strong expertise in data governance and pricing frameworks
- Demonstrated process and continuous improvement capability
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Project management experience driving systems or process enhancements
- Power BI experience is highly regarded
