The Opportunity

Due to the businesses continued success, the FP&A team are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst.

This is an excellent opportunity to join top performing ASX company that are known to be one of the best companies to work for in Melbourne. While working with an impressive leadership team, you will play an integral role in the FP&A function and add value to upcoming finance projects.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Head of FP&A this position plays a key role in supporting various divisions across the business, your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating monthly forecasts and annual budget/strategy processes 
• Develop strong relationships with the wider Finance teams to enable accurate and insightful commentary on commercial drivers behind the results
• Facilitate the production of financial performance reports
• Competitor analysis
• Financial due diligence on deals
• Work closely with the Group Finance Manager to ensure Group functional costs are accurately forecast and well managed
• Producing and analysing monthly financial performance reports

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• You are a Chartered Accountant with big 4 or mid-tier experience
• Have gained 4+ years of industry experience in a similar financial, commercial or FP&A position
• Strong communication skills and have proven experience supporting/leading high performing teams
