The Opportunity

Exciting opportunity to join an industry leading and rapidly expanding global healthcare group. A specialist and clear innovator within their area of expertise they operate across multiple jurisdictions and offer a range of advanced and cutting edge medical services.

The Challenge 

Reporting into the Head of Finance and partnering with wider senior executives, your key responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:

• Drive month-end and year-end close, delivering accurate journals, reconciliations, and reporting to tight deadlines
• Manage payroll, vendor, and intercompany accruals to ensure precise cost allocation across entities
• Oversee the fixed asset register, handling additions, disposals, impairments, and reconciliations to the GL
• Review P&L results, analyse variances vs budget/forecast, and present clear insights to management
• Ensure full compliance with BAS, payroll tax, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Lead half-year and year-end audits, coordinating with auditors and internal teams for smooth delivery
• Deliver process improvements, strengthen controls, and execute ad hoc finance projects
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, reforecasting, business cases, and strategic initiatives

The Expertise 

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• CA / CPA qualified 
• Month-end experience is a must, with hands-on involvement across the full close process
• Strong technical accounting foundation required, enabling initiative and ownership of the full financial reporting functions  
• Attention to detail and ability to focus on quality work
