The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role offers a excellent opportunity to join a growing, PE-backed healthcare business. You will play a central role in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support across a national network of clinics.
This position suits a candidate coming from Big 4 deals, transaction services, or a strong analytical finance background, looking to step into a commercial, business-facing role. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing clear insights that shape performance, investment decisions, and growth strategy.
The business has strong funding, an active acquisition pipeline, and a clear mandate for expansion. You will gain exposure to board-level reporting, M&A activity, and complex financial modelling in a fast-moving environment.
The Challenge
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Leading the annual budgeting process and maintaining rolling forecasts, delivering variance analysis and board-ready commentary
- Partnering with operational leaders to assess performance, identify trends, and drive commercial outcomes
- Building business cases to evaluate new clinics, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives
- Developing and maintaining KPI dashboards and executive reporting packs
- Supporting and leading financial due diligence on acquisitions, including quality of earnings and EBITDA analysis
- Owning integrated 3-statement financial models and cash flow forecasts to support planning and liquidity management
- Delivering scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess risk and support decision making
- Driving continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting, and systems
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- CA / CPA qualified, or working towards completion
- 4+ years’ experience in FP&A, corporate finance, transaction services, or a related analytical role
- Background in Big 4 or a commercial finance team within industry
- Strong financial modelling capability, including exposure to 3 way models and scenario analysis
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis within a complex environment
- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or similar tools highly regarded
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Experience in M&A, due diligence, or investment analysis will be highly regarded
