This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Finance Operations Manager wanting to develop their career in a growing and reputable FMCG business. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly successful multinational organisation in the Northern suburbs.

The Challenge

Reporting to the GM Finance your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide financial support to key operational stakeholders 
• Oversee operations across 2 manufacturing sites
• Primary accountability over the divisions function’s P&L and budget, understanding the drivers of P&L growth and ability to influence commercial outcomes with key business unit managers and deliver cost excellence.
• Producing costing and analysis around New Product Development
• Support Group senior leadership by providing relevant financial insights and analysis on a periodic and ad-hoc basis as required.
• Drive continuous improvements and maintain internal control excellence in key finance processes 
• Providing mentoring and coaching to a team of finance officers to ensure timely and accurate compliance with financial control policies and processes

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• CPA/CA Qualification 
• Several years’ experience of working within a relevant Management accounting position, ideally working with operational stakeholders in a manufacturing environment
• Intermediate excel skills and the ability to proactively develop financial models to guide business decisions 
• Strong communication and personable skills and the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders
• Stakeholder management
