The Opportunity
Join a well-established investment firm as Finance Manager. Working closely with the Executive team and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth financial operations, strong governance, and accurate reporting across a complex group of entities.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a high-performing investment environment.

The Challenge
Reporting directly to the Executive team, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end accounting and reporting across multiple entities, including investment operations
• Ensuring timely and accurate compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (including BAS, PAYG, FBT, and ASIC obligations)
• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting
• Managing inter-entity transactions and reconciliations
• Preparing investment reporting, including portfolio reconciliations and performance summaries
• Leading management reporting, board packs, and year-end workpapers
• Overseeing trust distributions and associated documentation
• Supporting executives with investment analysis and performance tracking
• Maintaining and enhancing finance systems (Acumatica / MYOB Acumatica)
• Liaising with external stakeholders including banks, suppliers, and investment managers
• Managing insurance policies, including renewals and compliance requirements
• Ensuring strong internal controls, governance, and financial security standards
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and high professional integrity

The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest if you possess the following:

• CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong experience across end-to-end finance functions in a multi-entity environment
• Solid understanding of Australian tax, trusts, and related party transactions
• Experience in an investment or complex corporate environment highly desirable
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills, with exposure to Acumatica or similar systems
• Working Holiday Visa candidates are encouraged to apply
