The Opportunity
Our client is one of Australia’s leading corporates in their sector. Consistently growing via acquisition, they are quickly becoming one of Australia’s highly sought after employers.
During a time of significant growth this position is pivotal in assisting with the a Group wide S/4 HANA implementation, acting as the Transformation Finance Lead for the Group Finance Team.
The Challenge
- My client is embarking on a full transformation process, including moving from multiple legacy systems to S/4 HANA Fusion.
- The Finance Transformation Lead will be a key contributor to the S/4 HANA ERP implementation, responsible for translating business needs into functional requirements
- Contribute to the change management plan, including communication strategies and training materials.
- Act as a trusted liaison between the project team and end users to facilitate adoption and feedback.
- Assist with data migration planning, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data integrity and readiness.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure trust and collaboration.
- Provide regular updates and insights to project leadership and governance forums.
The Expertise
- CA/ CPA Qualification
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA ERP (or similar ERP platforms) is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into system requirements and configurations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in change management and user engagement during system implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
