The Opportunity

The Challenge

Reporting to the National Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will involve but not be limited to: 

• Assist in management of the AP Mailbox
• Processing vendor invoices
• Trust processing
• Help manage the expense management system
• Preparing and matching invoices for the daily payment runs
• National Credit card management – processing and payments
• New vendor setup
• Online disbursements file loads from external service providers
• Employee expense claims
• Ad hoc queries and requests from team members and managers as required.

The Expertise 

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• Prior experience in an accounts or accounts payable position; or exposure to working in a professional services firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal departments and external parties
• Great attention to detail with a commitment to delivering excellent results and high-quality work
• Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies and improving processes
• Experience working collaboratively in a finance team environment
