The Opportunity

This is a fantastic role that offers broad exposure across financial reporting, property and fund accounting, and tax within a listed environment, while developing both technical and commercial skills. You will also be involved in systems and process improvements, making it the perfect next step for someone looking to grow in a dynamic finance team of CA qualified Accountants. 

The Challenge 

Reporting to a high-calibre Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

• Supporting with the preparation of financial reports and key reporting deliverables across multiple business areas
• Playing a key role in month-end processes, including reconciliations, journals and performance analysis
• Liaising with property, operations and investment teams to achieve common business objectives 
• Assisting with tax, fund distributions and investor reporting activities
• Support the broader finance team with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting duties
• Supporting with ongoing process improvements and system enhancements across the finance functions 

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• 2-4 years experience in a chartered environment and looking to make your first move into industry 
• Experience with ASX-listed or financial services clients would be well regarded
• You are CA/CPA qualified or nearing completion
• Strong initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, inquisitive, and eager to make a meaningful impact
