The Opportunity

The Challenge
  
Reporting to the National Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will involve but include:

• Manage daily trust account transactions, including receipts, payments, PEXA settlements and client settlement funds
• Perform daily and monthly trust account and bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving outstanding items as required
• Process trust journals, trust-to-office transfers and other trust-related transactions
• Respond to trust account queries from internal stakeholders, clients and banking partners
• Maintain accurate trust records and support compliance with trust accounting requirements
• Assist with month-end reporting, annual audits and broader trust account administration duties as required
