The Opportunity
Our client is a leading and rapidly growing provider of secure and high-performance infrastructure solutions, supporting government and enterprise clients. With a strong focus on reliability, sustainability, and security, they have strategically positioned themselves to be a leader in this space.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent university graduate, or junior candidate with administrative experience, looking for their first step into accounting.
The Challenge
Reporting into the Accounts Payable Team Leader, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Process high-volume multi-currency outgoing payments
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Raising purchase orders in a timely manner, ensuring coding and classification accuracy
- Create and manage supplier contact cards, ensuring accuracy of payment currency type amongst other supplier details
- Reconcile creditors to monthly statements and resolve variance with creditors as and when required
- Proactively evaluate current business processes, review quality of data entry, and identify areas for continuous improvement
The Expertise
