The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading ASX-listed organisation during an exciting period of growth. Working as part of the Business Services team, you’ll manage end-to-end accounts payable duties in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role commences as a six-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to transition to permanent.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Business Services Manager your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable, including invoices, rebates, expense claims, and corporate credit cards
• Uploading and reconciling AP and GL journals, including store accruals
• Supporting purchase order administration, variations, cancellations, and goods receipting
• Building strong relationships with internal teams, stores, external vendors, resolving queries efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and assist in educating relevant stakeholders

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounts payable or finance role
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP system highly regarded 
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships and contribute to process improvements
• Immediate availability to commit to 6-months fixed-term 
• Full Australian working rights
