The Opportunity
A great opportunity has become available for an experienced accounts payable professional to join a highly successful global business. They are a leading financial services business with a strong and growing presence in Australia.

This newly created role best suits an accounts payable professional with 5+ years experience and strong systems proficiency using Oracle. This hands-on role suits someone proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in maintaining strong corporate governance.

The Challenge 
Reporting into the Finance Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Setting up new suppliers in Oracle
• Receipt invoices with and without Purchase Orders
• Monthly credit card statements
• Corporate Card entries monthly 
• Providing assistance for all queries relating to invoice exceptions, payments and allocations
• Providing ad hoc support of the finance department where required

The Expertise
We are seeking a candidate who brings:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an end-to-end accounts payable role, ideally within a large company environment.
• Proficiency in Oracle fusion is necessary.
• Intermediate Excel skills and proven ability to manage high-volume invoice processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong team-player and good attention to detail.
