The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts contractor to assist our client with accounts receivable (clean-up) on a part-time contract basis.
This role is ideal for someone who is immediately available who may be seeking 3-days part-time or school hours. Previous experience using Pronto is essential.
The Challenge
Reporting to the Financial Controller your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Reviewing and reconciling outstanding customer accounts
- Resolving problem transactions
- Following up outstanding overdue amounts
- Matching off credit notes
- Resolving misallocations
The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
- Minimum 5 years experience working in accounts receivable
- Previous experience with Pronto
- Demonstrated understanding of Rebates and Discounts
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to start immediately
- Ability to commit to the 3M contract length
- Residing in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs
