This is an excellent opportunity for a Sydney based Chief Financial Officer to join the portfolio company of a leading Australian PE firm.
  
As it is initially an interim assignment, we are looking for finance executives available immediately or at short-notice. The company is a clear leader in their field. The company continues to expand, innovate and deliver outstanding results.
  
The Challenge
  
As the Chief Financial Officer you will support the executive leadership team to ensure the business receives a clear and transparent view of company performance. You will drive process improvement initiatives and deliver long-term strategic planning. This is a brilliant opportunity for a hands-on Chief Financial Officer with entrepreneurial zeal who relishes change management, transformation and process improvement.
  
The Expertise
  
This opportunity is appropriate for a current Chief Financial Officer or Finance Director with previous experience working in a leading PE portfolio company. Furthermore it is likely you will possess:

• Significant finance leadership experience in fast paced dynamic growth environments
• High achievement drive, your personality is energetic and you enjoy working within dynamic, fast-paced cultures
• The presence and communication skills to successfully support and report to board and PE owner
• Proven capability to develop and lead high performance teams
