The Opportunity
Our client is a highly successful property group that prides themselves on having an excellent internal culture and they pride themselves on employee development and progression within.
This role will be within a large shared services team, and have exposure to a range of stakeholders across Australia. The ideal individual will have a strong understanding of accounts receivable and billings, excellent communication skills and be systems savvy.
The Challenge
Reporting to the AR Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Fortnightly, monthly and quarterly billings;
- Oversight of the entire receivables process for your ledger;
- Receipting & allocation of payments;
- Weekly and monthly reconciliations;
- Reporting and analysis;
- Managing and resolving all internal and external queries.
The Expertise
Please apply for the position if you have the following:
- 2+ years of experience in an AR/Billings Officer role
- Immediately available to start a new role
- Experience in a large organisation would be preferred but not necessary
- Team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
